This is the first sickie I've taken in years. It's not much - just on/off bloating and stomach ache, I don't want to eat (couple of spoonfuls of porridge this morning, not hungry again). I very rarely have a stomach ache. This one developed after I'd been to the GP. And it's also very rare for me to not want to eat ... Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I might do a short juice fast.

You might've picked up a bug while in the GP's office? Or stress? Hope you feel better, stomach malaise is icky. Maybe a little tea and toast?
