No, really. It's lucky that I have my first major downtime as a mother while my own mum is here. Yesterday, I was a shivering wreck, today, I have a sore throat, but am feeling better. My mum and my husband are looking after our daughter and bringing her to me for feeds.

Take it easy. I had the same experience when my son was about two months old. I think it's lack of sleep that leaves you a little vulnerable. I hope you feel better soon.

O Hthat reminds me of the day my mother told my that m ybrother's gf had the flue. i forgot to ask abouthe healt hfo the mother. al iwnte dto knwo was is tht baby goignto be alright? I was sofukcign scared! It feels..weird to be worried about someone who isnt' here yet. :)
