Yes. I went to GAP and got myself a new pair of jeans, UK 12 (US 8), Western Bootcut (the only ones that fit me in size 12 - the others were too tight in the lower tummy), and two M-size V-neck tops with 3/4 sleeves. Owing to a fortunate combination of vouchers and offers, I got a total of £17 off. I do need sweaters as well, but I'm waiting for special offer season. There is still somewhat of a tummy roll over the top of the jeans, but not too much; I can live with it. Will post F-locked pictures soon.

Sizewise, it looks like my prediction has come true: I've gone up from a size 10, which I'd barely reached a year before I got pregnant, and which was my thinnest, to a size 12. My stomach is definitely not flat anymore, but slightly rounded, like that of a woman who has given birth.

I'm just glad that I can let my body settle into its new shape without any pressure to diet or to spend hours each day exercising. Even though looking at the Yummy Mummies in the papers with their great figures, I feel really fat ...

Oh, and the cold? Much better. I now wake up three times a night coughing (while baby sleeps through), but apart from that, I now have some energy back, and my voice has tentatively returned. Spending that week on bedrest was crucial, and I thank my lucky stars that my mum was here to look after us, cook, clean, and hold the baby while I rested.
