If all goes well, I shall update news and PIX on LJ and yahoo.

I will also write postcards. Yes. I'm taking up postcards again.

After the successful experiment of renewing my ability to make and maintain friendships,
which in the fifth month of its trial is going well, I thought I'd add another string to my social bow.

Anybody wishing to receive a postcard, mail me at perceval@livejournal.com with
your RL name and address. You will get mine in return.

I've already got down [livejournal.com profile] voxmaille, [livejournal.com profile] queenriley and [livejournal.com profile] awelkin, because I have their RL name and address,
and I can probably send postcards to [livejournal.com profile] dr_c from Montana and to [livejournal.com profile] piperx from Seattle.

For quite a few people, I only have their RL name, but not their address. That includes
[livejournal.com profile] mrsronweasley, [livejournal.com profile] hildigunnurst, [livejournal.com profile] pinkfluffyllama, [livejournal.com profile] saucebook and [livejournal.com profile] stereo_m. Would these people please step forward with their address? Thank you. Service announcement over ;)

And finally, on the subject of travelling, let's all welcome [livejournal.com profile] slowfox to Geekmoot! YAY! That reminds me ... [livejournal.com profile] stereo_m and [livejournal.com profile] prettyannamoon, if you're flying into Gatwick, could you mail me with your arrival times? Maybe we can coordinate ...

So Slowfox is coming? Yay! :D

I'm just about to run and check train times again, I think they're up now (FINALLY!), but dad helped me check earlier (he's a trainomaniac), and it looks a bit tricky to get to Copenhagen. I may end up flying to Stansted instead, I don't know yet.

I'll email you my address! :)

While in Seattle, it is absolutely imparitive (sp?) that you eat at Spud's Fish 'n' Chips at least once.

That's half the reason my family goes to Seattle.

And I can't spell today!

Oooo... you're going to have so much FUN! I've only been to Montana and Yellowstone, but both are absolutely gorgeous. And I've heard the same about Washington State.

I'll have to recheck the time I'll be getting in, but when I do, I'll mail it to you. It'll be in the evening though - I have a class that day. :(

Ohhhh, what a fun trip, am so envious! I used to live in Jackson Hole, WY and have been to Yellowstone many times. If you have any questions about the area feel free to e-mail me and will be happy to answer. (E-mail: wytchadilly@yahoo.com or MythicVixen@aol.com) Old Faithful is a must see, but there are other areas of the park that are also worth your time. (My personal favorite areas in the park are at Yellowstone Lake and the Canyon area ... the West Thumb area near the lake is really interesting to see ... Also if you hit the timing right it's a great place to see wildlife.)

If you have time I highly recommend a day in the Tetons, just south of Yellowstone. The mountains are beautiful and a float trip on the Snake River is just amazing.

Here's a post I made last October after spending a day in Yellowstone. It was a fun day.

Have a great trip. :) *smiles*
