The lack of a functioning kitchen is really getting to me. Imagine a tiny space, with only three bottom base units left. All kitchen supplies, whisks, etc. have to go either in there or on the worktop, of which there is not much. The top units and their contents clutter the massage room (no clients until the kitchen is done) and the bedroom which is about to be re-floored. Imagine trying to cook a meal in this kitchen when you're tired, can't stomach most processed food, need to avoid any pre-washed salads, and you have one very unhappy perceval. I'll have a word with my husband: we'll postpone our traditional short holiday to celebrate our wedding anniversary until those darned units are up again. He's been resting for the past week, and I've encouraged him to rest, but I'm going stir-crazy here. Absolutely stir-crazy.
