Yeah, right.
Mar. 24th, 2007 02:31 pmSo my beloved darling daughter caught a nasty virus just during the busiest few weeks of the year, when I was working on a grant, two major conference papers, and an important colloquium presentation apart from the usual day-to-day business, which has involved a day trip to London and a day trip to Brussels. This has meant not only taking two days off work, and less time working weekends, which I really needed, but also the usual - I got the virus, as well. Since I haven't been able to take time off to get well, I have now lost my voice.
And from Tuesday to Friday, I will be teaching a four-day all-day practical in Germany which has been announced for ages.
All together now: HHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

Try to give your voice a good rest these next few days. You should be at least audible by Tuesday.
Hope you and the little one are better soon. (I forgot her name. What is it?)
