right, this is a completely unspiritual post for a change :)

first of all, the name of my web site is www.myrealname.net, where you are cordially invited to replace "myrealname" by my real name, which is also my Yahoo ID, and which I do not want to publicise on LiveJournal. Yeah, I'm paranoid that way ;)

Secondly, on Friday, I will have a job interview in Newcastle Upon Tyne, at the university, for a job which would involve working on the speech of Parkinson's patients. I have an interview, yeah. Now all they have to do is be willing to pay me appropriately, so that the salary drops by 20%, and not by 30%.

And plugged.in will deliver the fridge freezer some time on Thursday <_< Yeah, right. Will CHEX whether they do Saturday delivery; otherwise, I will schedule delivery for Friday 18th, when I shall be mostly working from home.

The job will be a double challenge as you'll be working with Geordie-speaking Parkinson's patients, but I'm sure you're up to it. Best of luck.

Good luck with the interview!

I am pleased to inform you that I am about 2/3 done with my book shopping for you :) Sorry it's taking so long; I'm picking them up a few at a time on weekends. I've gotten you a copy of the book we had to read during my senior year of high school. (We giggled over Chapters 8 and 34/35 ;) )

not this time since I'll be going BAX at 6.50 ... but maybe some other time? I suspect I'll be there more often, if only to research literature

Oooops. *BLUSH* Sorry. Stuuuupid Dog.

BTW, I found this while Friendsfriending, and thought you might find it at least passing interesting. I haven't read it myself yet, though... it was the summary in the post.

*pats her dear Corgi*

yes, that's really very interesting. Tallies well with findings that people who have s** as often as possible conceive more quickly than couples who shag by basal temperature *g*

can you remember who posted this?

Actually, they are from Sunderland, so MOST EMPHATICALLY NOT Geordie. ahem.

Mind if I phone you some time on Wednesday evening to talk more about massage courses?

I have seen a promising course that a friend of mine has already done, a 10 month massage course (http://www.herbalmedicine.org.uk/rootpages/massage.shtml)

They also offer an accompanying aromatherapy course.

I don't believe in aromatherapy, but I love nice smells, sooo ... this would be an option.

If I take to massage, I'd follow this up with a three-year Shiatsu course and accompany the massage training with counselling qualifications.
