percivalONE hour after my deadline, the landlady sent an e-mail. There's an appointment with a gas company for some time after 11am, late morning/early afternoon. Hello? I can only be in the flat until 1pm that day!
Her partner arranged that date this morning, and phoned us at home (!) because they don't have our work phone numbers. Yeah, right. They have our e-mails.
I've now asked for permission to call out the emergency services.
This is a f***ing emergency.
