The massage and aromatherapy course is proving to be very interesting. I worked on a really muscular guy on Saturday- boy did I need to use all my body weight to make a difference to him! By the end of the day, I was so tired and cold that I barely managed to teeter home. On the next day, aromatherapy, I was nursing a nasty little cold.
I was out of it - but a good back massage by my instructor brought me back to life, and here I am, back on fighting form.

And WORXwise - it's not my last day today after all. One more half-day some time this week (!) and one more half day in two weeks' time.

Argh.

All bodies become interesting, I'm sure you'll find. I still get big surprises, like the tiny waif with the big lactic acid crystal "knots" and the six foot four rugger player with the wonderfully pliable shoulders. You start looking at people on the street with a different perspective. Pleased it's still fun.

it's great fun, and wonderfully effective. I'm fighting fit after a stressful weekend, and I'm putting that down to the great food we get at the Steiner school and the backrub. Honest.
