I was due to get a Reflexology session (case study for her course) from my Reiki master today. But she's ill, so she couldn't see me. She's been burning the candle at both ends recently. Apparently, they tried to phone me, but our phone was temporarily blocked. Note to self: must get mobile for work. And don't burn the candle at both ends.

Yesterday, I gave three massages. The table was slightly too low, and my chest ached afterwards. I really must start doing the hand exercises from the "Save Your hands" book. I also need a height-adjustable chair for typing . And I need to get started on Yoga again.
