OK, I had sugar last weekend, yesterday and today. I'm left with a bloated tummy and an icky sweet taste in my mouth. What's the consequence? Stay away from sugary treats. I find that I now enjoy porridge or some fruit (mangos! apples! pears!) a lot more. I've also become attached to my new, slimmer silhouette. Now all I need to do is up the protein in my diet. Healthy eating is for life :(

I don't go for pairings, I go for style and atmosphere. I tend to avoid non-R/H though.
