Today, I got a letter from my Fertility consultant with roughly the following content:

"The registrar you saw in early October didn't say anything in your notes whether you wanted to go for NHS IVF or private IVF. If you are paying, you can get a procedure done in six months, if not, in two to three years. We append our price list."

Actually, some insurance companies here provide coverage for one try. I don't know what you plan to do as far as treatment for the fibroids. You are young enough to wait if you want to. Do you get medical advice from one person or is it two different docs/clinics? I would ask them what the best choice would be.
