joy and nutcases
Jan. 10th, 2005 09:51 pmMuch fun was had on Sunday with
angelofthenorth - in Quaker Meeting, the National Portrait Gallery, and assorted bookstores, where she wrote and I read. Currently, my laptop houses the latest sequel of her novel Sojourner ~is tempted to take a peek~ ...

As for the nutcases: Don't read this if you like Sweden, or are Swedish, or like gays, or sympathise with Tsunami victims. From the people who give Evangelical christianity and Baptists a bad name, here's an absolutely awful Love Crusade
Reading this makes me feel blessed that I know so many loving and sensible Baptists and Evangelicals. Even those people on my F-List who are against gay marriage and regard homosexuality as a sin would draw a huge thick line at THIS sort of behaviour.

Date: 2005-01-10 10:47 pm (UTC)I read that, a couple of days ago. First it made me angry, but thankfully, I can't stay mad for long. Instead, I went and christened my journal. It now has a name. :P
