May. 26th, 2003 12:32 pmjust a quick entry - we're off to the Museum of the Rockies. A big boy wants to see some bad-ass dinosaurs *sigh*. The time in Montana is doing both of us good - it's a long treck across a quarter of America, you know :)
Yellowstone was amazing beyond words,
dr_c. Not only the wildlife, but also the geology and the variety of terrain. We even got to sneak a peek at the Grand Tetons,
chickadilly. My husband developed a special affinity to the geysirs and mud pots ("I hear something blubber ...")
Oh, and in related news, I'm getting some encouragement to write from
piperx *hugs*
I will probably start posting on FictionAlley soon, and I have a letter for the Unexpected Task, which will get posted once I'm BAX. And I have an evil little plot bunny. I think I will start with writing small, funny stories.
Tomorrow, it's the Beartooth highway.
Apologies to all you guys for not commenting in your LJs, ... I'm too busy reading and catching up with you to comment.

Date: 2003-05-26 10:49 am (UTC)Aren't the mud pots fun? I love to watch them bubble up! Too bad they stink. Hee!
Am glad (not to mention jealous) you got to see some of the Tetons. Did you get to see any Bison? That's always fun, especially when you get caught in a Bison traffic jam. :)
Glad you are having a good time.
