It's been such a great trip, so nice to see you all! I really enjoyed my time in El Paso, Dallas, and Houston, the times spent talking, or at bookstores, or being shown round. It was fantastic, just what I needed after a stressful Christmas.

themorningstarr, it was so great to see the desert and the mountains. I'm glad my presence contributed to Bratty Sister being on her best behaviour. And your kids are adorable, tell Nate and Kellie that they are much missed! ashavah, your phone call was a very pleasant surprise. Enjoyed talking to you, sorry for being so out of it!

It was so nice to stay with you in your cozy new flat, with that adorable toddler and the multitude of cats.

Sigh. But what I miss most is that I will not be called Miss Maria again in the foreseeable future.
