I had my massage classes this weekend. I've thought about getting enough case studies in, and I've now resolved to only take those people who really want a massage. If people are only going to get their massages because they want to do me a favour, I will not pursue them. Likewise, people who'd like a free massage, but would prefer me to massage them somewhere that is convenient for them, not somewhere that is convenient for me. I'm not going to ask anybody to come to Edinburgh to get a massage, I just request that they come to the specific places in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Newcastle where I've got the infrastructure to massage.

This may well be a side effect of the energy work that I'm having done. I'm slowly coming out of selling myself short.

Good for you! Giving somebody a massage for free is a precious gift. If people don't treat it as such, there's no point.
