Valentine's Day
Feb. 10th, 2004 12:28 pmYes, it's crass, it's commercial. I don't like it.
Still it's a special day for us, because the day *after* Valentine's Day, flying in the face of convention, my husband and I got married.
This February 15, we will have been married for three years. Marriage has changed our relationship for the better - there is more trust, more dependability, and we are even more closely joined at the hip now.
I don't get roses or pressies on the wedding anniversary. Instead, the two of us go on holiday somewhere nice in Scotland, and cuddle up to each other at night in a nice inexpensive B&B.
Perfect.
(This year: Drymen, Loch Lomond. Hubby even BOOKED the B&B!!!ONE)
